Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EARPI ("we", "us", "our"), a Shopify ERP that syncs your store data into a single dashboard. By creating an account, installing our Shopify app, or otherwise using EARPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use EARPI.
2. The service
EARPI connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and syncs orders, products, inventory, and customers into a back-office dashboard covering sale orders, purchase orders, invoices, shipments, dispatch, a B2B portal, reporting, and related tools. Some features may push data back to Shopify (for example, inventory levels or fulfillment and tracking information).
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect the Shopify store(s) you connect to EARPI.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use EARPI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's own terms and API license
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or connected stores
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's normal operation
- Use the service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to process
5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's app billing (for stores connected via the Shopify App Store) or through our payment processor, Stripe, where applicable. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect to or store in EARPI, including your Shopify store data. Our collection, use, and retention of that data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-party services
EARPI relies on third-party services — including Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend — to operate. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of those third-party services that are outside our control.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep EARPI available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, with reasonable notice where practical, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
9. Termination
You may stop using EARPI and disconnect your Shopify store at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
EARPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or business interruption.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continued use of EARPI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
